Alaska is not the only place with bears in their back yard. We had one a block away from my retirement complex on Cherry Street last Thursday. Carry on!
I know what those bears were doing! They were climbing up the tree so they could see through the window and watch Sarah Palin rock the RNC on the Burkie's TV!!
Actually the bear was not the end of Cherry St. excitement, as the following night there was a $6,000 jewel robbery in the same block. No one suspects the bear, though. Glad we might see you next week!

granny- Wenatchee's getting wild, I keep hearing about moose & bears there. I think I'll be home a couple days next week to check it out for myself.
