There's a somewhat infamous APU workout that happened a few years back that involved most of the athletes puking at the bottom of that tree. Gotta love intervals on lone tree hill!
That's a beautiful tree. I don't think anyone has vomited at the base of my favorite tree (at least from intervals), but I like it all the more for that.

hmmm, I'm not sure I like the thought of puke being soaked into the base of the tree, but I like the idea of intervals!
