Near the top of the first long uphill of the first lap of the men's 30km pursuit today. They did 4x3.75km classic and 4x3.75km skate. The women's race was 2x3.75km classic and 2x3.75km skate.
Nice clip, and nice race in the 15km. Studying the differences in technique between those at the front and back of the field is instructive. What's that ineffable something you real racers are always talking about having or lacking? Zip? Pop? No... Snap! The guys up front look snappy, the guys at the back not so much.
Those trails look fantastically pretty, too. I hope you have a fun 30k!
